Sky Q not working at all !

Q not working, after unplugging - help please.

We need more info than 'not working' in order to advise. What are you seeing? Any error messages?

No idea what you're trying to,post but the filters won't allow numbers that could relate to a phone number or account number.

But my intended (fuller) posting includes no numbers at all ! Just text, which I have also just posted on the Sky Q Users group on Facebook.

I unplugged main Q box, hoping to re-set it, now it doesn't do anything, after I turn TV on using remote control.

Hi @Ramblingjack 

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the Q box.
If this turns the Q box on
With the Q box on with green led try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair to TV.

Problem now fixed - HDMI had come out and I hadn't spotted that !
