You're obviously trying to post something the filters are picking up on. What are you trying to do? Record, view TV, download?

But my intended (fuller) posting includes no numbers at all ! Just text, which I have also just posted on the Sky Q Users group on Facebook.

I unplugged main Q box, hoping to re-set it, now it doesn't do anything, after I turn TV on using remote control.

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the Q box.
If this turns the Q box on
With the Q box on with green led try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair to TV.

Problem now fixed - HDMI had come out and I hadn't spotted that !
