We've got intermittent issues with the wifi connection from our SkyQ box. We've been sent a new box coming tomorrow but our wifi has been perfect over the weekend. I dont want to swap the box out while its working. Is there a way to delay the return of the box? DPD want a straight swap.

Hi @Rachael100 Delay - no, cancel - yes by refusing to swap. Note, if you decide to exchange, then don't forget to remove and keep your viewing card and also swap the power lead.
