Damaged items in the home

I Had an engineer out this morning to set up my sky box, as he was installing he told my partner that he had knocked over a picture frame. As he left my partner discovered that he had also actually smashed a decanter of his late fathers.

Now I can speculate that he might'nt have noticed that it had happened, but the issue remains that now he has left the property eithout mentioning it and we are left with damaged property.

Please contact me as soon as possible.

Hi @LJWPhoto

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.

@LJWPhoto As @oldfella indicates we are all customers here so nobody will contact you. You will need to contact Sky directly. I would guess, though, that proving the engineer caused the damage might be an issue.

@LJWPhoto  I would also suggest that any correspondence for the installation would have asked you to make any area the engineer is working in is clear for them which would have been the prudent thing to do especially with any fragile itmes.
