Damage to satellite dish

My satellite dish has blown off and is on the main road. It's still attached to the roof so I can't take it inside and I've tried calling Sky to no avail - what do I do? Thanks- concerned someone could trip on it

@Claire298

You need to persevere in calling Sky who will sort even though the dish ownership transfers to the home owner once fitted.

It may be quicker to seek help from a local independent satellite company but that'll be at your own expense.

Try unscrewing  the lead  from the satellite dish  and then you can take it inside  and call sky, and do you  have  sky protect insurance

@Claire298 if the dish is on the road, it will be causing a hazard for road users. If the cable is preventing you moving it somewhere safe, I'd suggest cutting the cables with a knife or scissors if you don't have a pair of wire cutters so that you can move it elsewhere.
