I cant get terrestrial TV channels on sky Q

It's been 2 months since we have been able to watch anything on the BBC ,and ITV is often inaccessible too. It's been far worse since the Sky blackout a couple of months ago.

For 3 weeks BBC channels are pixilated.

My tech able som has followed all directions to fix but any change is fleeting, maybe a few minutes before the screen reverts to pixilated.

I contacted Sky for a new box Sky but had nothing .  I just keep getting palmed off with directions to reboot etc. Which doesn't work.

I don't think a new box will be needed but just an engineer visit to check the dish alignment. 

Follow the steps on www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-check-q and at the end it should allow you to book a visit.

Thank you , I followed the link and tried to book an engineer. However , the page keeps staring than I don't have a TV package with Sky. Which is weird , I've been using it for 5 years ans in fact am watching a sky program as I type.
