Sorry it's because I have had trouble with my sky Q box not coming on or it keeps saying not connecting to Internet

I know of two other people as well as myself who are having the same issues as described above - exactly the same as last week . Remember - the issues which Sky have already admitted occurred and then apologised for.

 

I find it quite offensive that it is suggested above that because only two people have complained here out of millions of SkyQ users, that it's our boxes that are at fault not Sky.  Out of those millions - how many are aware that this forum even exists never mind post in it.

While I understand the 'super' users are just customers like the rest of us - sometimes their comments aren't helpful.

 

Over yesterday and today it's quite clear that something's gone wrong again at Sky similar to last week  and I have seen more than 2 posts pointing it  ot.

I'd suggest reporting it to Sky. So far as I know, they're not aware of any ongoing problem.
