DPD collection

Hi, 

 

I've got a collection and swop over today of my sky Q box. My question is do I need to package the old box up or will DPD have the packaging

DPD will put the faulty box in the box they bring the replacement in. Don't forget to remove your viewing card!

Also, have a glance at the back of the new box as they hand it over: if it has a round multipin connection port marked in orange then there needs to be an external transformer handed over too, and not just a simple power lead.
