Cutting off the sky q box

I have just come out of hospital and rely heavily on Sky - I like to watch it day and night - sadly each night Sky q box needs reconnecting - very distressing frustrating and infuriating

What do you mean by 'cutting off' and 'reconnecting'?

Make sure you set the Standby Mode to None
