Crime HD

Unable to log into Crime HD, Channel 17, I've recorded several programs on this channel but now it's telling me I need to upgrade my package I've never had this before, any ideas? (I've tried the IT solution of switching on and switching back on but the problem remains)

Are you in UK/Ireland? If so which channel are you referring to, Sky Crime HD? Crime+Investigation HD? There is no channel 17 on Sky here

Hi @muvva   Channel 17 would be one of your personal favourites and not the real channel number, which are all 3 digits. Just checking that you have not recorded/downloaded programmes in HD and you don't have a HD subscription? What is the channel title, Sky Crime HD or Sky Crime?

Oh, I do feel a fool, gawd knows what I was thinking ,  should have been looking at channel 121, sorry.  But thanks for answering! - Claire
