Credit not applied

Had a problem with my mini box not being able to connect to the main box on sat 10th jan. After a 40 min wait I spoke to an agent in Bulgaria. Problem fixed after another 20 mins. He said he would apply a £15 credit to my account. This has not been done

The 10th January was the day of the major Sky Q issues discussed in this very large thread

It affected a lot of customers and some of those had issues with their mini boxes as a result.

 

You will need to contact Sky again and perhaps they can listen in on your original call to confirm what was said and promised.
