sky q keeps flashing black screen

sky q keeps flashing black screen. i have a brand new tv chaenged all hdmi leads and on 2nd sky q box

Hi @D4l3   You should be using the Sky Q suppied short HDMI lead. You could try resetting your box to 1080i by pointing the remote at the Sky box and inputting the sequence Home 1 0 8 0 Home.
