Continue watching not working

Put the tv on tonight went to home page on my sky q box and found about 10 Disney + Andor under the continue watching banner, I had watched this full series last month when Disney was added to package. Done a full reset , been to Disney plus & ticked the minus symbol and even get the message that's it's been removed. When I go back it's right back there. I have contacted sky to no avail. Any one else having these issues?

Whe I go to Disney+ the show that has the episodes on my Sky q is not even on Disney's continue watching, tried all the usual stuff like watching the shows to the end but they won't move. Even tried to remove them via the mini box in my daughters room but to no avail. Never had a problem like this before

I'm consistently having the same problem with Disney plus. Watched a few series and remain in continue watching on sky q. Cannot get them off

Again on sky q homepage in the continue watching banner. BBC iPlayer and Disney plus programs remain in continue watching even after completely watching the program. So last Thursday I completed series on Disney plus and now on Monday it's still there. Going in to rewatch or fast forward to end is not removing it from this continue watching.

 

surely some technical fix could deal with this. This has been going on a few months.  I used to be able to watch BBC iPlayer and programmes did not appear in sky q homepage continue watching banner. I have reset apps and still not fixing. Seems to not be a problem with hbo, paramount or Netflix. You watch and complete programs here and they do not just sit in continue watching
