Got free Disney plus but now cannot access and asks for payment

We already activated free Disney plus , it shows on My sky subscriptions 

but we can no longer access it , tried logging in .. asks us to choose a payment plan 

spoke with sky for 2 hours , couldn't fix it 

promised a call back .. nothing 

any ideas ??
