All I want to do is talk to a person in customer services without going through the options I.e press this press that, because there is no option just to speak to a real person from customer services, and all that happens is I get put through to someone who can't help. 3 phone calls so far and no resolution.
I am trying to resolve a problem with items returned to sky, and that I have reverted back to sky q, they keep sending me packaging to send items back even though they have been tracked as delivered and keep telling me that I will be charged for these items if they are not returned. It would seem that different departments within sky do not talk to each other and is causing stress to customers.

How can I contact a real person at Sky? I have received a text saying "no reply " and an email telling me to "not respond ". Why do Sky tell so many lies and refuse to answer questions? Why is online chat so unhelpful?

Yes I have phoned them 3 times about this problem no help what so ever. There is no option to get stright to customer services, last time i got through it was to, I think, a technician not sure, he was working from home, all I could hear was kids playing in the background.
I sent back 2 pucks after having them for just over a week as it wasn't work as described, so I wanted to go back to my sky q. Sent back the pucks by royal mail and after checking the tracking number sky had received it. However they have sent me 2 more packages asking for them to be sent back and if they aren't sent back they would charge me for them. As I said I reverted back to my sky q that some lady was supposed to have sorted out, I have also been asked to send my sky q back. They are still taking the money for sky q. Why don't the departments talk to each other without resorting to this type of behaviour.
