• Can you connect sky box and multi room skyq box to your mobile phone hot-spot? I live alone so thinking of cancelling Internet and just using my mobile phone data?

Yes, but it's not ideal, and requires a generous data bundle.

Only the main Q box connects to the router (in this case that's the phone).  The Q Mini connects to the main box.
