Connection problems with Sky Q
My internet provider has suggested installing a cable directly into the sky box and the Reuter as this would provide the strongest connection. Unfortunately, all the ports on the box are already occupied with other cables.
They also say that they have identified that no data is coming through the Reuter from the sky box and that this may mean a problem with the sky box.

Hi @Tony133
The Ethernet port on the Q box may be covered by a label but this will peel off and reveal the port

Re: Connection problems with Sky Q
Do you mean all the ports on the router are occupied? If so just add a cheap 8 port ethernet switch.

No. The Reuter itself has a vacant port. Actually I was talking about the Sky box itself. They are all occupied with cables leaving nowhere to place a cable.
