Did you not book a house move?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

You need to book the house move. In some cases they might need to come out and install a new line etc they had to with mine.

Well and also commission your broadband line if applicable and put a dish up on the wall

if the house already has a dish, it might need the LNB converting to a Q compatible one
