I seem to be having issues with streaming channels on my sky q box. The connection drops and having looked into settings it looks like network isn't connected.
not sure if there is a way to stop this happening? Or how to get it to connect after resetting, just has the x all the time.

Well worth contacting Sky. Vodafone and Sky components do not work well together. Sky will fix so please contact them. Since Sky fixed our system, the Internet connection has been perfect, better than ever.
