Can I connect a separate TV without a Sky Mini box?

Sky+ doesn't make use of Mini boxes. Do you have Sky Q?

Sorry - yes I have Sky Q with one mini box. Because of decorating, I have disconnected the main Sky box. Can I connect a separate TV without the Sky box. All the satellite cables are still connected to the Aky box, which is on.

Hi @Harryg Nothing will work unless the Main box is connected and left in standby.
