says upgrade to sky cinema even though I am subscribed

Hi I am subscribed to sky cinema already and on the tv it is still saying upgrade to sky cinema. I also have had and ultra had so it isn't this and my cinema isn't loading on my tv

Hi @Rasheda.c   Have you tried a power reboot? Switch it off at the mains, wait 30 seconds and then switch it back on.

@Rasheda.c have you recently subscribed to Sky Cinema or have you been subscribed for a while ?
