Connecting 4K TV to skyQ

Have had trouble with HDMI cables (10m) not working after being seale into wall.  There has also been a 10m CAT 5e cable installed.  Could I use this cable to connect to TV and if so what else would I need.

10m HDMI cables will struggle to pass 4K over that distance. Anything longer than 3 metres can cause issues.

CAT 5e Ethernet cable will not pass 4K video signals to a TV. If the TVs are smart TV's and have ethernet ports then you can send a broadband signal through the cable and you can stream content in 4K from any apps the TV has built-in.

If you are happy just with 1080P from Sky, then you could possible look at something like this but no guarantees it will work:

Thanks again for your reply.  Just thought I would see if it was an option. Looks like it's going to have to be new hdmi fibre cables running outside.

UHD over Cat5 is quite possible using HDbaseT: it's just the hardware required at each end is pretty expensive.
