I am the agent for a block of flats - the communal dish does not work. A lot of residents cannot use their devices. Engineers from sky attended to those residents suggesting a fault with the Communal dish.
I have been searching for contact details on Sky website to call out for an engineer to attend to the fault but I cannot find any. Our communal dish was installed many years ago free of charge!
Can anyone guide me or provide contact number /department to report the fault to.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTypically Sky does not install or maintain communal systems or have anything to do with the dish itself: that's usually contracted by the building owner or managing agent / company to a specialist provider.

Thank you Tim, interesting yet Sky's agreement with our block suggests the Dish and associated equipment should not be tampered with or moved without their consent.
The Sky engineer attending to individual flats suggest the management company should contact Sky for repairs. How odd? Is there a list of approved Sky specialist provider available I can contact? What is the main contact details if we wish to upgrade the commnual dish?

Find out more@GCEAL You should be able to find a suitably qualified communal Integrated Reception System installation service engineer on the website hosted by The Confederation of Aerial Installers, https://getmeviewing.org listed under the 'Approved System Installers' category, where Sky is listed as a supporting associate member.
