I got new sky broadband in this afternoon and my sky Q box can't connect to it and my emails aren't opening properly

@Coco+Hyslop what broaband did you get and what router was supplied to you the upright black SR203 or the upright white SR213 ?


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
