Mini box not receiving IP address from sky broadband (all sky products)

My second mini box is no longer receiving an IP address. Ihave not been able to access and use this box now for nearly 2 weeks and this is the first time I've had time off work to try to sort. The other boxes in the house (Sky Q and 1st Minibox are all working fine). We do have an signal extender and as I say everything else is working fine. I have gone through all the set up options as instructed on the tv but nothing is resolving the issue and I'm now completely stuck. Can someone pelase call to assist or give me a phone number I can call to speak to someone within the next hour ideally, this has now taken up over 3 hours going back and forth with router and tv etc to no availl.

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.

Regarding your issue 
Your WiFi Extender

  • What brand and version is it?
  • To what is is connected?
  • Where is it located in relation to your Router and Q boxes?

This happening to mine as well - does anyone know if sky has reported an issue?
