Charges for non return of equipment

Downgraded.to sky stream but also got new broadband hub at same time.. didnt realise that additional packaging would be sent for returning the Q box and send old hub and Q box back in same box.. checked my account and it states they are still waiting for the return of the Q.. will I be charged as I obv don't have proof they were In same box 🤦‍♀️

You shouldn't be charged as they all go to the same place anyway however the returns process can be sloppy at the best of times so should you be told you have not returned the equipment then post back here as we can arrange some help for you so hopefully you have still got the proof of posting so the return can be tracked.
