Charged for non return of sky box can you spread the cost?

Got the return box 6 weeks after cancellation but we'd got rid of the sky boxes as we thought sky had forgotten.

Can you spread the cost of the charges or do you have up pay in full?

Sky will want what you owe them in one payment.

@Matie050873  If you sold the Sky Q equipment you are also effectively passing on stolen goods as they always belong to Sky.

I am just another Sky customer!

Hi not been sold we've had them for more than 6 weeks so thought they'd forgotten about them so they went to the tip. Then the return box turned up

@Matie050873

All Sky Q equipment is loaned to you so Sky will charge you the full non return fees which I believe is payable in one go.

@Matie050873  You shouldn't hve gotten rid of them as it does state clearly within the T & C's the boxes need to be returned, in addition to the current non return fee, Sky may apply charges for the loss of the equipment.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
