Got the return box 6 weeks after cancellation but we'd got rid of the sky boxes as we thought sky had forgotten.
Can you spread the cost of the charges or do you have up pay in full?

What was the result of this? Were you charged the full return fee?

The non return fees are in this link
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/charges-for-not-returning-sky-q-equipment
1TB up to £117
2TB up to £135
Mini up to £52

I have upgraded to sky stream. I had sky q and 2 mini boxes. When my son moved out everything was boxed up to keep or take with him. The mini box went into a kep box with other wires, odds and sods.
Now it's time to return everything I have packaged everything bar the second minibox which I can no longer find. I even have a sense it went back after an engineer visit but no proof. Do sky actually charge or are they reasonable? I note it says UP TO £52 non return fee. Is this really an up to number or the actual cost?
