Charge for non returned Sky box

I returned the Sky box I gave verification by quoting the post office postage number. For some reason Sky seemed to think that I had two boxes which I didn't so I assume this charge has been taken for the mythical box which I never had. I cannot think why Sky would think I had two boxes! Why would I? Is this how you treat VIP customers??

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP address' is not checked in settings  to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser
