Still issues after engineer 1hr call and checks

Spent 1hr call doing checks and updates . Problem now seems worse . Please can you arrange and engineer visit as last call cost me a fortune as we have no landline

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP address' is not checked in settings  to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser

@Jonpark1982  Nothing will happen on the back of a forunm post from an unlinked account. No on the forum would who you are or your address details.
