Channels
Hello, we have been having some problems with some off our channels, where when we go onto the channels we can't watch them, the screen is all fuzzy and just won't appear says after a while this channel is not available please try again later: the channels followed are the 2 channels we are having problems with..
105 - channel 5
402 - sports PL HD.
This has been happening for a few weeks now and been trying to get in contact but keep getting cut off on the phone.. I would appriciate it if someone get resolve this please.

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.

Regarding your issue
Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
Alternately, if you are on a Communal Dish you will need to contact your Landlord or Management company.
