Sky Q setup with no broadband in my house

I just got my skh q 2tb box delivered and handed the 1tb back. I am trying to pair it with my viewing card but i have now internet yet ,  how do pair with my viewing card without internet. Im presume it can be done because i was using my sky Q 1tb without internet because theirs a delay in my broadband comnection with sky. 

i just want to get the tv chsnnels working on the new box ? Any help please?

Thank you! I thought for a second there I'd have no tv or internet and I'd be blamed by the wife and 3 kids for upgrading the box haha it's bad enough waiting 6 weeks for internet so thank god the hotspot worked , it's working fine now just like the old box. I presume my hotspot won't be enough for on demand etc.
