Channels not working

Hello   for abount a week now I have been having issues with my channels  , they do not work and tell me there is a problem with signal ... I can watch recordings /netflix/paramount/prime all fine and I can download movies fine but the moment I go to use any of the hundreds of channels I have   none of them work and it's getting annoying for my children

Hi @dljewell 

It would appear to that you may have a signal issue with your Dish.

Best to contact Sky for an Engineer to check.
