Channels 171 and 173 not working

Hello, all of my Sky Q channels are working fine except for channels number 171 and 173. I've noticed that there is no channel 172. I have done a reboot of the box and also a reset of the channels. Can anyone suggest something else please?

But seriously, it may be a small misalignment for which you need an engineer to check.

@cescaclem what error messages do you get when you try to watch 171 or 173 so you know there is currently no channel 172

Are you having problems with the True Crime and Legend channels (146/147/148) and ITV+1 (203)? They are broadcast on the same frequency. If so it is likely to be a dish alignment problem as mentioned above.

Thank you so much. I would never have worked out that the other channels mentioned are all broadcast on the same frequency! I can now ask for an engineer with accurate information. You're amazing!
