Home page comes up, but unable to make programme selections on the remote. Remote works for volume and on off, but can't get past the main screen at all. Have updated software, turned all services off etc., but same issue remains.

Hi @Mair I would try converting your remote to IR only (line of sight). Hold down 4 & 6 until the remote LED flashes 4 times. If that works you can re-pair the remote by holding down 1 & 3 and follow the on-screen instructions.
