Why can I not find channel lists for any package. Over 300 doesn't mean a thing if it doesn't have the channels I want.
being forced to sky Q from sky+ and I have to pay more. Or cancel
guess which one it's going to be at this rate.

Unlike Virgin you get the same TV channels as on HD+ plus the UHD ones if you've got a suitable TV.
Who said you HAVE to move to Q? Why do you think you're going to be paying more?
You're only talking to other customers here so threats to leave mean nothing.

hi @laptop1968
SKY Q gets all the channels that SKY HD can get.
SKY Glass & Stream gets less channels
BTW Subscriptions for channel packages on Q will be the same/similar or maybe even cheaper than old packages for anyone not migrating to newer ones.
This page targetted at Glass/Stream is actually quite usefull for seeing the list of channels - to see all you need to combine those listed as on Glass/Stream & those not available (these latter ones being Satellite only)

BTW You may wish to read some notes I have made for people considering switching from SKY +/HD to SKY Q
