Like a bar code image on the right side of the screen

On my tv through sky on the right  hand side of the screen I have like a gery lines like a bar code or one single black line about 6 inch long and the tv is only 5 months old.

@Mark19721  Is this a Glass TV or another manufacturers TV?  If the latter and it's present on all inputs you need to contact the the TV's support line for help.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Have you tried powering the Q box off and on - it often clears graphical glitches.

Ye tried turning it off at mains but it did nothing.

Try a different HDMI lead and/or different port.

 

It may be the output from the Q box if it's still there.
