Channel 506 not showing
I have all of my usual channels except for thus one where I get the message that there is a problem with my satellite signal. How is this the case for just one channel and how do I fix this?

Re: Channel 506 not showing
506 working here so take a look at the troubleshooting on the appropriate section of this link.

You may then need to contact Sky and arrange for an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. Be aware that if you’re on a communal dish system you’ll have to contact your landlord or building management company rather than Sky.

Re: Channel 506 not showing
The CNN channel historically is one of the weaker channels and has often dropped off for many in poor weather, but normally comes back online.
With thunderstorms across the country today, mine went off for a short while earlier in a heavy thunderstorm passing through and CNN did dropoff., but many other channels were ok.
Sky Stream with two pucks (Former Sky Q and Sky+ customer), Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Protect kit tester.
My good journey to Sky Stream from Sky Q. Click here to read
