I have all of my usual channels except for thus one where I get the message that there is a problem with my satellite signal. How is this the case for just one channel and how do I fix this?

You may then need to contact Sky and arrange for an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. Be aware that if you’re on a communal dish system you’ll have to contact your landlord or building management company rather than Sky.

With thunderstorms across the country today, mine went off for a short while earlier in a heavy thunderstorm passing through and CNN did dropoff., but many other channels were ok.
