I just tested this and cannot replicate the issue personally, does it happen on any other channels?
Usual starting place with any problems like this is a full power cycle which solves many issues. Simply unplug from the wall for a good 5 - 10 minutes before powering back on.

Well that answers that!
Go for a full power cycle and leave it unplugged for a while, it is more effective than a quick reboot.

Re: Channel 140
I've noticed this with Discovery owned channels (including Quest) over recent months and there was another topic about it I replied to recently.
If you've been watching the channel for a while and then pause, rewind or fast forward it will sometimes jump back to when you started watching. It seems particualrly bad if the pause/rewind/fastforward involves an adbreak, so it is probably related to Sky Adsmart.
I've never had a full crash though.
