Received a reply from Viewer Relations....
"Thank you for your email to Sky regarding the London TV channel.
I am sorry to read that you are having some issues with this Free to Air channel.
While available on the Sky Platform, Sky does not own or operate the London TV channel.
Sky are unable to recreate the issue you describe. This would indicate the issue is not with the channel itself.
If you are continuing to experience this issue, please contact our TV Technical team (number removed) for one to one support.
Thanks again for taking the time to contact Sky."
So it looks like it's a problem at my end....😳
I had to remove the Technical Support number from the copy of the reply as it was raised as an error by the forum system.

No it is not on your side. the Channel send with that low Bithare it is a wonder that is Still produce a picture, and Free to, Air? It is Encrypted even when it no need a Sub.

Further reply from Viewer Relations.
"Thank you for your further e-mail and apologies for the previous response.
Their is some issues with the channel. Its not on our side and has been confirmed that the issue is with the broadcaster.
We are working with them to have this resolved however we are not able to provide any timescale.
Once again thank you for getting in touch and sharing your feedback."
