Changing settings to WPA2

Up until an hour ago, I was able to change the setting so I could print through my sky app but the page has changed and is no longer an option.  Can anyone help me find them please. I use it daily to print.

Can you explain the relevance of WPA2 in the title?

AFAIK the MySky app does not support printing.  Unless this is some form of export to 3rd party app/driver to print?

Without giving us any idea of the device you're using it's impossible to advise further.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@PandJ2020

I'd think @Kirsty155 has been using the Hub admin settings in the My Sky app to change WiFi security from WPA3 to WPA2 so that a wireless printer works with a Max Hub.

Nice sleuthing.

Why would thatbsetting need changing daily, or indeed more than once?

Possibly because @Kirsty155 is following advice that WPA3 is 'better' but still wants to print from hardware which doesn't support it.  Apple devices insisting that WPA2 is insecure don't help with user confidence either.

Probably less hassle to get a printer rhat supports WPA3, or maybe hardwire it to the hub?

fwiw I don't get that message from any of my Apple devices and my wifi mesh is only wpa2.
