Changing screens on Netflix

Hey! 

so I've had Netflix through sky for a while but recently the internet connection keeps dropping, which makes trying to stream anything Painful to do as it buffers. 

I have Netflix logged into on both my SkyQ and Sky mini and I think I can only have 2 devices with my plan.  

I just want to know how I log out of one of the devices so I can log into Netflix on my Laptop as I have no problems/buffering with streaming on that. 

I also don't know my log in credentials for the Netflix as I did it through sky would this be my sky log in username and password? 

any help is appreciated

it doesn't matter whether you subscribe through SKY or direct with netflix, you can log in on any device - although  you are, of course, limited as to how many can be used at the same time

 

The sign in credentials for netflix are the same for all devices (i.e. the same as used to login to the app on SKY Q) 

 

 

I use either my TV or a Firestick & occasionally a tablet rather than my SKY Q box

BTW if you do want to log out of Netflix on the SKY Q boxes 

 

Tab left to activate the Side menu , then scroll down to line at the bottom that Starts with Notifications & tab right to "Get Help"  & select - you should now get a menu list with "Sign Out" at the Bottom

Hi @L0tt13 

If you subscribed to Netflix through Sky originally and have never used Netflix on any other devices;  then you possibly haven't set up a Netflix password.

The Netflix Account Email is likely to be the same as your Sky login.  This can be confirmed in the Get help menu .
