There might be a cooling off period but you'd be better off contacting them by phone asap..

Hi @Kinski As long as it is not Sports. They take a dim view of people subscribing to watch a particular match and then cancelling immediately afterwards.

I don't think any add-on subscriptions have a cooling off period.
If it was not part of a long term (e.g. 18 month) contract I think most on SKY Q can be cancelled with 31 days notice - although this may still creep into your next payment due @Kinski
