Changing from BT to sky
While in Manchester Trafford centre yesterday we were approached by an agent who said we could get a better deal with sky and fees for moving to sky would be paid by sky. I explained we still have 9 months but he insisted we wouldn't have to pay. I even challenged when I saw the maximum £200 go through and was told no I would get full amount. BT have now Informed me it's £927. I'm reluctant to go ahead till I'm sure I'll get it all back. Has anyone had any experience with this
