Change wifi name

Hi I'm trying to change my wifi name.

when i copy the router IP address and search in URL it comes up with my wifi stuff like who's connected etc. however when i go select anything it's telling me i need a username and password. 
I've tried My wifi name and admin as username but not successful 

and for password using my current wifi password. 
So my question is how do i change my wifi name and get access to my router settings?

Those are the default logins for all current Sky router models.

If you are trying to log directly into a booster or Q television box, that won't work.
