Change back to sky Q

Hi there I want to change from Sky Stream back to Sky Q. The streaming service is not as good as Sky Q

You will need to call Sky to get the ball rolling on that. You haven't said how long you've had Stream which is obviously a very different way of viewing.

Remember that Sky Q will only be operational for another 4-5 years approximately.

By which time Stream will hopefully have the channels which are stilling missing but are on SkyQ.

I am also sick of sky stream and want to go back to Q.

Hi there,

Once you find a phone number to phone them and put through to the right department  it was fairly straight forward to change and works out a little cheaper.
