@Vincent81  Signature is a a TV pack, the fact the channel is on Q does not mean it would be on Glass, the channel just isn't available.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Arise News appears to have disappeared from Sky satellite EPG today. It was there this morning, but not working, but has since gone.

I subscribed to Sky signature because of Arise news . Please if I cannot get arise news then I should not be billed. Thanks for your understanding.

@Vincent81  You're not talking to Sky Customer serv ices, you can't expect your subs to be cancelled because of one channel.

 

It doesn't work like that.

 

You posted this in both the Sky Q forum & Sky Glass forum, it would be helpful to know which system you're referring to as you have 2 threads running for the same question.

That's the channel I can only watch and the reason I subscribed to the sky Q and please if it cannot be restored I need to cancel this contract.

@Vincent81  You need to call  Sky to cancel if you're still within the 31 day cool off., the forum can't do that for you.

 

You will need to call Sky or use the following link https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv#contact-leave

On the link provided (In the UK) it should include a Message Us option between 0900-1930.

You can also call on 150 from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk line

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.


If you don't see the Contact options on the link above make sure java script is enabled on your browser.

Arise is a free channel, you don't need to subscribe to any Sky package to watch it. Sky won't refund you for a free channel that you weren't paying for. What mde you think you needed Sky signature to watch it?

 

It seems to be a very poor channel that frequently goes off air but usually returns after a few days.

Sky is a scam, they remove channels without notifying you and you have to pay more for less channels.

What channels?  Quite often it's not Sky's decision...
