Hi long story short, we've been without catchup/on demand since June .
Basically comes up with we're having trouble with this service.....
Everything in the house has been replaced with no fix.
2 Engineers have been out to investigate
Countless phone call to technical
The 2nd engineer remembered a technical bulletin about the servers between Openreach and Sky having a problem in the SO30 area (Southampton)
I've been told for months it's being worked on and technical can't check for updates so I'm lost
Has anyone else have this problem ?
