Catch up

Hello there,

 

I am a new subscriber and I can't get the catch up or box sets to load. It keeps telling me I need to upgrade.

 

I am on sky signature with the hd add one and ultimate add on, but no catchup will load for me.

 

can anyone assist with getting this issue resolved? Many thanks
