Catch up not working!

Catch-up not working (never has)

When I try to access any channel on catch-up I get an upgrade notification. 

I have set it to SD, have downloaded the latest firmware. Sky Q box is hard wired straight to the  Internet box. Have refreshed the apps 

 

Please help

You may receive an email or a private message inviting you to have a private conversation on the Community with a Sky Expert.

Look out for a chat bubble at the bottom of your screen inviting you to a chat
If you are using the Safari browser please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the chat bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.

Hi @demonicsaint007   I'm afraid that only Sky can help you. I would telephone them if you are positive that you are downloading SD subscribed content.
